Rubber Base Roll Production

The base rolls are made of quality rubber fiber and EPDM granules.

Pour the well-mixed raw into the machine, the fiber will melt together under the

high temperature, pressurize the rolls to make the rubber roll tight and dense.

Cutting Line

Base rubber rolls will be cutting into rubber flooring rolls or layers through

the cutting line, the thickness of the layer ranges from 3mm to 12mm.

The cutted rubber rolls can proceed the shaping machine to make the puzzle

mats, layer of the laminated rubber tiles, rubber mats, or the rubber rolls.

Mixing & Compressed line

Evenly stir the rubber granule, EPDM flecks, and the adhesive is extremely important

for the rubber flooring quality.

The compressed machine are mainly produce the compressed rubber granule tiles

and laminated rubber tiles, the specification is depends on the molds.

Only experienced and skilled workers can operate the machine in a appropriate time

and temperature condition.

Cooling & Quality Checking

The rubber granule tiles and laminated rubber tiles need to proceed a

cooling process after getting down from the production line.

Once it was done, our QC dept will proceed the quality check to every

batch of order.
